The selection of polyacrylamide is also different.

Method of use

For coal washing polyacrylamide, proper amount must be added to effectively play its flocculation.The treatment technology and properties of slime water can be determined by test.The content of coal slurry will slow down, the concentration overflow will easily exceed the standard, and the required circulating water index cannot be guaranteed, thus making the coal washing product index difficult to control stably.

Too much content, although accelerating the sedimentation rate of coal mud, but easy to cause concentration of concentrated bottom flow too high;Generally, concentration of concentrated underflow is required at 500g/L, which can meet the requirements of pressure filtration production.Excessive dosage makes concentration of concentrated underflow sometimes as high as 700g/L and the content of polyacrylamide in underflow increases, which is adverse to underflow transportation and pressure filtration production. When coal cake is decomposed by pressure filtration, the coal cake is not easy to fall off, which increases the labor intensity of operators and reduces the work efficiency.At the same time, it also causes the waste of chemicals and increases the production cost.Therefore, the appropriate use of polyacrylamide can not only improve flocculation effect and effectively treat slime water, but also play an important role in ensuring the index of coal washing products, improving work efficiency and reducing cost.

1. When used, it is extremely important to effectively disperse the product in the water, otherwise it will lead to the aggregation of dispersants and the production of "fisheye", and the dissolution time will increase. 

2, use warm water can accelerate the dissolution rate, but the temperature is too high, lead to the thermal degradation of polymer chain, viscosity will be affected, the average water temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.

3. Using stirring can help dissolve, but stirring too violently can break down the long chain of dispersing agent, and it is better to adopt ship type propulsion.

4. The water solution should not be stored for more than 48 hours, otherwise the viscosity will be reduced and the effect will be affected.

The original product shall be kept sealed.Storage environments should be a cool, dry and ventilated, at room temperature for 10 ~ 40 ℃.Special precautions should be taken to prevent product absorption.

In accordance with the specified storage conditions, the original packaging products can be stable for at least 12 months.
