Application of quansen PAM in electroplating wastewater

Electroplating wastewater is generally of strong acid water quality, which is complex and difficult to control. It contains heavy metal ions such as chromium, cadmium, nickel, copper, zinc, gold and silver, and cyanide.When these heavy metals enter the water body, they have an amplifying effect on the food chain, and can accumulate in some organs of the human body to cause chronic poisoning and endanger human health.When treating electroplating wastewater, because its wastewater contains many expensive heavy metals, if the heavy metals in wastewater are recycled as a resource, it not only solves the pollution of heavy metals, but also has certain economic benefits.

1. The waste water of the electroplating plant also contains a lot of heavy metal ions and cyanide, such as chromium, cadmium, nickel, copper, zinc, gold and silver, and other substances, such as phosphating, waste water and pyrophosphate electroplating waste water. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the reservoir is relatively large, so that the waste water will stay long enough.

2. Before use, determine the type of polyacrylamide and select the best dosage according to the performance and characteristics of sewage.

The alum in electroplating water solution with non-ionic polyacrylamide is small, and there is no obvious change with the increase of polyacrylamide dosage.

When anion polyacrylamide is used to treat the electroplating water solution, since the electroplating wastewater is mostly positive, polyacrylamide is easy to cause "charge neutralization" and "adsorption bridging" effects on the particles in the electroplating wastewater, and the flocculation effect is generally enhanced with the increase of dose.

Cationic polyacrylamide is used to generate flocculation by multi-point adsorption and bridging action on the interface between cationic polyacrylamide and fine particles. It has a strong adsorption capacity and is generally used in the latter part as sludge dewatering agent.

When electroplating wastewater is mostly under strong acid conditions, cationic type and coagulation under alkaline conditions are generally selected, and anionic polyacrylamide with super high molecular weight is generally selected as coagulant.

Generally 20-100 kg of products are needed for each kiloton of electroplating wastewater to be treated.The amount of electroplating wastewater treated by polyacrylamide is about 2-10 g.The number of polyacrylamide agents used for electroplating wastewater depends on the site conditions such as turbidity of sewage, molecular weight of polyacrylamide agents and impurities in water.

The original product shall be kept sealed.Storage environments should be a cool, dry and ventilated, at room temperature for 10 ~ 40 ℃.Special precautions should be taken to prevent product absorption.
