Application of QUANSEN PAM in oilfield waste water

The oil production wastewater mainly comes from different sections of drilling, oil extraction, well washing and underground operation. The wastewater discharged from these sections contains petroleum, volatile phenol, sulfide, SS and other pollutants.

Because of the variety of petrochemical products and different processes, wastewater composition is very complex.The general characteristics are less suspended matter, more soluble or opacifying organic matter, often contains oil and toxic substances, and sometimes contains impurities such as sulfide and phenol.

Oilfield sewage mainly include physical method, chemical method and biological method, the chemical method of flocculation technology can be thought of as sewage blocking pretreatment technology, the technology is mainly through to the sewage flocculation reagent is added to make the suspended solids in water to form flocculate coalescence, this process can not only remove suspended solids in water and colloid particles, reduce the COD value, and also can remove bacteria, etc.

Quansen organic high-molecular weight PAM flocculant used in oil field water treatment has a small amount of flocculant, large size of flocculant, rapid sedimentation rate, little influence by co-existing salt, pH value and temperature, obvious effect and various types, and has been widely used in oil field water treatment.


Application effect of quansen PAM

The sludge is dehydrated by belt filter, which can dehydrate the sludge to water content 80% to 85%.With plate and frame filter press and wing filter press, it can dehydrate to 75%-83% water content.With membrane filter press, can dehydrate to moisture content 70%-78%.

In the process of oil chemical wastewater treatment and pretreatment, polyaluminum chloride and anion polyacrylamide are used, and cationic polyacrylamide is used as sludge dewatering agent in the post-biochemical sludge treatment (strong cationic degree is required.

According to the concentration of petrochemical wastewater, the dosage of different agents is also different. The higher the concentration, the larger the dosage, the recommended dosage is about 10 ~ 15ppm (that is, 0.01 ~ 0.015kg/ton of wastewater).The consumption of cationic polyacrylamide for post-sludge dewatering is generally 3-6 kg.

1. When used, it is extremely important to effectively disperse the product in the water, otherwise it will lead to the aggregation of dispersants and the production of "fisheye", and the dissolution time will increase. 

2, use warm water can accelerate the dissolution rate, but the temperature is too high, lead to the thermal degradation of polymer chain, viscosity will be affected, the average water temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.

3. Using stirring can help dissolve, but stirring too violently can break down the long chain of dispersing agent, and it is better to adopt ship type propulsion.

4. The water solution should not be stored for more than 48 hours, otherwise the viscosity will be reduced and the effect will be affected.

The original product shall be kept sealed.Storage environments should be a cool, dry and ventilated, at room temperature for 10 ~ 40 ℃.Special precautions should be taken to prevent product absorption.

In accordance with the specified storage conditions, the original packaging products can be stable for at least 12 months.
